About Us

A-Express Towing & Recovery was founded in 1978 and is located in Palatine, Illinois. We currently operate eleven trucks and handle all aspects of towing, from light duty to heavy duty recovery and towing. We service several police departments as well as many commercial customers with their twenty-four hour towing needs. Our main service area is northern Illinois and southern Wisconsin, but we are licensed and insured in all 50 states.
All of our drivers receive professional training and are skilled Wreckmaster certified operators. Our clean, uniformed drivers have the utmost concern for the safety and security of you and your vehicle at all times. All employees must pass extensive background checks and drug testing, and maintain a clean record.
Over the years, A-Express has been an active member of the local community. We regularly participate in the Mt. Prospect Lion's Club Festival & 4th of July Parade, Toys For Tots Parade, Palatine Touch-a-Truck, Lake Zurich Alpine Festival & Parade as well as a variety of other local charity and community events. A-Express also partners with the Palatine Fire Department for emergency and recovery training on a regular basis. We continually strive to be an active member of the community.
